I {love love love} kisses

I was comforting my sweet little B today... She was resting her chin on my face, zoned in on the TV... I said ooh, I love kisses, and she proceeded to lick, yes LICK, my face. Then she hugged me... I {LOVE LOVE LOVE} THIS LITTLE B!!!

p.s.

These are just a few projects I've been working on...

Stampin' Up! had a very cute Vday promo with designer paper, stamp set, and punch... I {love love love} it!

The wreath was actually a project that I started last year, but never found the right paper to cover the hearts with... then I got this cute paper! It was PERFECT! And I've had a lot of compliments from those few people that actually visit my house!

I also made these cute candy jars for some of the cousins... Again, another project that I had started last year... I used my old spice rack jars and just covered the lids with cutie decor. Whatcha think?

I also made a few cards. I {love love love} that heart punch! It lines up perfectly with one of the stamps from the love you much stamp set. PERFECT!

Whew, it's been a fun weekend... did some sewing as well... too bad my house just doesn't clean itself... Today I will NOT be {love love love}ing cleaning...

Lins & GT

I'm not sure if you were aware that Lins & I were trying to sell stuff, just stuff...
We've tried selling burpcloths, binky clips, & cute curly clips. We've haven't been very successful...we haven't been very aggressive
Needless to say, we're doing lowsy... so we're revamping...
We're trying to get a variety of items to make and sell.
We USED to be called Sas-A-Fras and now we're trying to come up with a new name...
For now, our new site is http://www.linsandgt.blogspot.com/.
Check it out! If you're interested in ANYTHING, please let us know.
Even if you don't plan on buying anything, please leave some input so we know a yay or nay on whether or not you likey...
Thanks for looking!

JD & the Bee

JD was in her school spelling bee... whoda thunk? JD is not known for her spelling but got top 2 in her class and competed with 17 other students to go to regional. It was such a surprise to all of us, even her teacher... but I was so proud of her! She's been studying the booklets they've given her and brought home a dictionary... she's been trying her bestest! She did awesome!
Out of 18 I think she was 11th or so...
I'm just so proud that she had such confidence to just go for it! She's really shy but she just totally took this challenge and went for it!
YAY for JD!!!!!

ps...the boy she likes is on the second row, second from the left....

Little B & Snow

Little B LOVES LOVES LOVES the snow
Ain't she cute???
She has to step in it, no matter where we're at or what shoes she's wearing...
She just steps or stands there. Sadly, I haven't really taken her out to actually play in the snow, EVER... what a horrible mom!
I love this little munchkin... and yes, that's a boogie... got a problem with it??? Deal...

just cause

Lins & I were out and about together and decided we'd have donuts for bfast, yes, donuts... so we went on over to the Krispie Kreme and devoured, yes, devoured yummy donuts. It was DELICIOUS! I think I have actually NEVER been there and they were making their donuts and they have this awesome assembly line with a big window. We sat there for a good 10 minutes just watching the donuts, wishing we could take home the oopses. (no luck there)
It was so much fun and the kiddies LOVED it! We've decided we need to go there more often, for the kids, of course...

It's signing time with Jeanna and whomever...

k, so you have to sing the title to this blog!
if you aren't familiar with it, then that's why i've put this on here!
here's a link on KSL today about Rachel and her "Signing Time" brilliance.

I was introduced to Signing Time by my sis-in-law, Sara. I LOVE THEM! Not for my kids necessarily, but for me! I enjoy learning the signs. I have run into a few situations where I wish I knew MORE sign to help better understand some children in our primary at church. I'm trying to teach Little B as much as I know, but it's tough! I think Sign Language is MAGNIFICENT! I personally don't own any Signing Time, but I rent them from the library periodically. I do have Baby Einstein and some of them introduce signing.
I suggest that EVERYONE, even if you don't have children, learn SIGN LANGUAGE!
It's a wonderful communication tool.
That's my soap box for the day!
