JD was in her school spelling bee... whoda thunk? JD is not known for her spelling but got top 2 in her class and competed with 17 other students to go to regional. It was such a surprise to all of us, even her teacher... but I was so proud of her! She's been studying the booklets they've given her and brought home a dictionary... she's been trying her bestest! She did awesome! Out of 18 I think she was 11th or so...
I'm just so proud that she had such confidence to just go for it! She's really shy but she just totally took this challenge and went for it!
YAY for JD!!!!!
ps...the boy she likes is on the second row, second from the left....
